CHAIRMAN - Sh. Gurbachan Singh
The Chairman of the ‘Chain of DIPS Institutions’ S.Gurbachan Singh Ji is the beacon, from whom the school derives its strength and direction. It was his long cherished dream to provide qualitative education to students residing in rural areas. His dream saw the light of the day on 1st Jan, 1994 when DIPS established its maiden branch at Dhilwan. Ever since, there is no stopping us. He is in fact the dedicated spirit behind imparting direction and substance to the mighty task of setting up this esteemed Institution. To him quality education is like a polestar that guides an individual not only in solving examinational question papers but also in surmounting the various hardships of practical life.
C.E.O. - Mrs. Monika Mandotra
"Chain of DIPS Institutions" is scaling new heights of glory under the able leadership and guidance of its dynamic Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Monica Mandotra. Her illustrious academic profile includes a Ist class degree in B.Sc (Med) and B.Ed. She did her post graduation in English from Jammu University and later pursued M.Ed through I.C.D.E.O.L. Shimla. In addition to this, she has also upgraded her education by attending various lectures and seminars from time to time. These seminars include In-Service Teacher Training Workshops for teaching English at secondary level, Seminars on value based education, Seminars on House system, Vocational guidance and computer aided teaching .

The biggest challenge faced by the educators of today is to prepare students for the challenges of a globalised world. Students of today face a world that continually demands new knowledge and abilities; a world that requires the students to become adaptable, life-long learners in an ever-changing scenario of new skills and competencies. They also need to be good communicators, be able to relate well with other people and to think critically and creatively. DIPS- UE is committed towards imparting these skills. Students not only learn, but they learn how to learn, not just in school but beyond as well.
